It is important for us to have good habits in our daily life . However, what should we do to develop our good living habits?

First, we must wash our hands before meals. Don \’t go to the crowded public places. Also, we should keep the air in the room fresh. When we go out, we should wear face -masks to keep away from the virus.

Second, we should do sports in our spare time. All different kinds of sports are just around us, such as running, rowing, swimming and so on. These sports are all good for our health.

Third, we should have a regular life. We should go to bed early and get up early. We shouldn \’t stay up late. As we know, staying up late is certainly bad for our health. Also, we mustn \’t go to school without breakfast. Breakfast can give us much energy in the day.

In a word, as students, we should have good living habits. These good habits can not only keep us healthy but also help us study better.
